THIS MATTER having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Case Management Conference on April 03, 2025;

AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend some of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
Final date for the expert witnesses to meet (paragraph 10) changed from July 25, 2025, to August 08, 2025;
Final filing date for the Statement of Agreed Facts and Issues (paragraph 10) changed from August 06, 2025, to August 20, 2025;
Parties to exchange witness statements and expert witness statements (paragraph 13) changed from September 05, 2025 to September 19, 2025;
Written Participant Statements due date (paragraph 14) changed from September 05, 2025 to September 19, 2025;
Parties to confirm if all hearing dates are required (paragraph 15) changed from September 15, 2025 to September 29, 2025;
Parties to provide response to written evidence (paragraph 17) changed from September 19, 2025 to October 03, 2025;
Parties to provide visual evidence (paragraph 16) changed from September 30, 2025 to October 06, 2025;
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
