UPON APPEAL filed by Naiman Trading Inc. and Hartman Development Inc. regarding the City of Vaughan’s refusal of their applications for an Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-Law Amendment, and Site Plan, to facilitate the development of three blocks of 4-storey stacked townhouses for a total of 70 dwelling units on six properties east of Islington Avenue and north of Hartman Avenue;
AND THE TRIBUNAL marked as Exhibit 1 the Affidavit of Service attesting to proper Notice having been given for this Case Management Conference (“CMC”) proceeded to conduct a CMC on July 3, 2025, held by videoconference;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received requests for Party status from Mark De Simone and Kiriaki Stamatiou;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having considered their submissions at the CMC whereby they each requested Participant status instead of Party status, granted Participant status to Mark De Simone and Kiriaki Stamatiou;
AND THE TRIBUNAL being advised by the Parties that settlement discussions are ongoing, and they jointly request a CMC within two months, scheduled a CMC to commence on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, by videoconference;
