AND THE TRIBUNAL having notified the Claimant’s counsel, Jason Bogle of the outstanding appeal fee by letters dated June 5, 2025 and June 25, 2025 and providing an opportunity to submit the required fee;

AND THE TRIBUNAL giving notice that failure to provide the fee would result in the dismissal of the application under subsections 19(1)(a) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021;

AND THE CLAIMANT not having responded through its counsel by submitting the required fee in the time frame specified by the letters issued by the Tribunal on June 5, 2025 and June 25, 2025;

THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the application by Jay Paul Sharma is dismissed.
