MEMORANDUM OF ORAL DECISION DELIVERED BY CARMINE TUCCI ON JUNE 27, 2025 AND ORDER OF THE TRIBUNAL
1The purpose of this second Case Management Conference (“CMC”) was to receive status updates from all Parties to organize a hearing of these appeals.
2The Tribunal was informed that the Parties were not successful in their attempts to mediate a resolution.
3The Parties requested a further CMC be scheduled in late fall of 2025 to apprise the Tribunal of any updates and to set dates for a hearing. The Tribunal set a date of Tuesday, November 25, 2025 for the third CMC of these appeals.
4The third CMC is scheduled to proceed by video on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at 10 a.m.
