THIS MATTER having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Case Management Conference on June 18, 2024;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued a Procedural Order on July 23, 2024 and an amending Procedural Order on June 2, 2025 for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on August 11, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend some of the procedural timelines contained in the amending Procedural Order issued on June 2, 2025 and the Procedural Order issued on July 23, 2024;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the amending Procedural Order issued on June 2, 2025 are further amended:
- Parties to exchange witness statements changed from June 27, 2025 to July 14, 2025;
- Parties to file a statement of agreed facts and issues changed from July 4, 2025 to July 23, 2025; and
- Parties to exchange reply witness statements changed from July 25, 2025 to August 1, 2025.
THE TRIBUNAL FURTHER ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order issued on July 23, 2024, are amended:
- Parties to deliver visual evidence (paragraph 16) changed from July 28, 2025 to August 5, 2025;
- Parties to provide joint document book (paragraph 18) changed from August 1, 2025 to August 5, 2025;
- Parties to provide hearing plan (paragraph 21) changed from August 1, 2025 to August 5, 2025; and
- In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
