UPON APPEALS having been brought by TWTH Development Inc. under subsection 17(24), 17(49.6), 34(11), and 51(34) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P. 13, as amended, regarding the failure by the Town of Aurora to make decisions within the prescribed time period in respect of applications for an Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-Law Amendment, and proposed Plan of Subdivision, respectively, which seek to facilitate the development of single detached residential units located on the lands municipally known as 252-272 Old Bloomington Road, in the Town of Aurora;
AND THIS MATTER having come before the Tribunal on Monday, June 23, 2025, by videoconference for a third Case Management Conference;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having been informed by the Parties that a settlement has been reached on all issues, however the Parties require further time to paper the details of settlement including preparing the written settlement materials inclusive of finalized instruments and conditions;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having directed that all but the first day of the ten-day Merit Hearing currently scheduled to proceed on Monday, September 15, 2025, may therefore be vacated, with Monday, September 15, 2025, being reserved for the Hearing to consider the merits of the settlement reached, commencing at 10 a.m. by videoconference with the following log-in credentials;
