AND THE TRIBUNAL being in receipt of correspondence from the Solicitor of the City of Toronto dated June 20, 2025 confirming that the pre-requisite matters set out in the Interim Order have been satisfied;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that By-law 569-2013 is amended as set out in Attachment 1 to this Final Order. The Tribunal authorizes the municipal clerk of the City of Toronto to assign a number to this by-law for record keeping purposes.
