Parties to exchange Agreed Statement of Facts (paragraph 10) changed from June 23, 2025, to July 2, 2025;
Parties to exchange expert witness statements (paragraph 13) changed from July 11, 2025, to July 18, 2025;
Parties to exchange reply witness statements changed from August 8, 2025, to August 18, 2025;
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
