UPON APPEAL brought by Burbank Heights Development Inc. pursuant to ss. 22(7) and 34(11) of the Planning Act for the failure of the City of Toronto to make decisions within the required timelines on applications for an Official Plan Amendment and a Zoning By-law Amendment for the property municipally known as 690, 692, 694, 696, 698, 700, 702, 704, 706, 708, 710, 712, 714, 716, and 720 Sheppard Avenue East;
THE TRIBUNAL marked as Exhibit 1, the Affidavit of Service attesting to proper Notice having been given for this Case Management Conference (“CMC”), and proceeded to conduct the CMC on June 18, 2025, by videoconference;
AND THE TRIBUNAL, having received three requests for Participant status from David Reid, Annette Smith and1837537 Ontario Inc.;
AND THE TRIBUNAL, having considered their submissions, granted Participant status to David Reid, Annette Smith and1837537 Ontario Inc.;
AND THE TRIBUNAL, having been informed that the Parties had been in discussion and anticipated attending mediation, confirmed the Parties’ awareness of Tribunal-led mediation;
AND THE TRIBUNAL at the CMC, having scheduled a second CMC to commence on Friday, October 17, 2025, at 10 a.m. by videoconference:
