THIS MATTER having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (“Tribunal”) for a Case Management Conference on July 5, 2024;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on August 30, 2024;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having amended the dates contained in the Procedural Order with an Order issued March 11, 2025, and subsequent amending Orders issued March 20, 2025 and April 11, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a further request on consent of the Parties to amend the dates contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following paragraph from the Procedural Order is amended as follows and in all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same:
- Parties shall provide to the Tribunal and the other parties a list of the witnesses from June 6, 2025 to June 27, 2025.
