THE TRIBUNAL having been advised, on consent, that a full and final settlement had been reached by the Parties hereto and that the Claimant has agreed to the dismissal of its claims;
NOW THEREFORE
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that all claims of the Claimant are hereby dismissed on a without costs basis.
