THESE MATTERS having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Case Management Conference on December 2, 2024;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on January 8, 2025, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on July 28, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend some of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
Parties to exchange visual evidence (paragraph 15) changed from June 11, 2025, to June 20, 2025;
Parties to exchange replies to visual evidence (paragraph 17) changed from June 18, 2025, to June 27, 2025;
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
