INTRODUCTION
1This first Case Management Conference was held with respect to an appeal by National Homes Inc. pursuant to s. 37(17) of the Planning Act, R. S. O. 1990, c. PO.13, as amended, regarding the City of Burlington’s Community Benefit Charge By-law 81-2024.
