THIS MATTER having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Case Management Conference on October 28, 2024;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on December 13, 2024, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on October 6, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend one of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
Meeting of expert witnesses (paragraph 12) changed from June 9, 2025, to June 20, 2025;
Parties to file agreed statement of facts (paragraph 12) changed from June 23, 2025, to July 10, 2025;
Parties to exchange expert reports/witness statements (paragraph 15) changed from July 8, 2025, to July 30, 2025;
Parties to exchange responding witness statements (paragraph 17) changed from August 11, 2025, to September 5, 2025;
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
