THIS MATTER having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Case Management Conference on June 18, 2024;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on July 23, 2024, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on August 11, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend some of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
Parties to exchange witness statements (paragraph 13) changed from June 13, 2025 to June 27, 2025;
Parties to file a Statement of Agreed Facts and Issues (paragraph 10) changed from June 27, 2025 to July 4, 2025;
Parties to exchange reply witness statements (paragraph 17) changed from July 14, 2025 to July 25, 2025; and
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
