1In accordance with Rule 24.4 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, whereby the Tribunal may at any time and without prior notice to the Parties correct a technical or typographical error made in a decision or order, the Decision and Order (“Decision”) issued on January 15, 2025, is hereby amended.
2By deleting:
[5] The merit hearing will be held commencing on Monday, June 9, 2025 at 10 a.m. and continuing until Friday, June 24, 2025. It will be held by video hearing. The Panel will not be sitting on Monday, June 16, 2025.
3And replacing:
[5] The merit hearing will be held commencing on Monday, June 9, 2025 at 10 a.m. and continuing until Friday, June 20, 2025. It will be held by video hearing. The Panel will not be sitting on Monday, June 16, 2025.
