THIS MATTER, in respect of the lands at 4-10 Beamish Drive in the City of Toronto (the “City”), having come for a public hearing on August 21, 2023 before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the "Tribunal") and the Tribunal having issued a Decision and Interim Order on October 5, 2023 allowing in part, Amdev (Beamish) LP’s (the “Applicant and Appellant”) appeal of the request to amend City’s Zoning By-law 1088-2002; and
THE TRIBUNAL HAVING BEEN ADVISED by the Parties of difficulties in clearing all pre-requisite conditions contained within the Tribunal’s October 5, 2023 Decision to allow for the issuance of the Final Order;
THE TRIBUNAL scheduled a Status Hearing with the Parties on January, 23, 2025;
NOW THEREFORE
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS a one-day Merit Hearing – Continuation is scheduled to commence at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, February 24, 2025 by video as follows:

AND THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS the City shall serve its Witness Statements onto the Tribunal Case Coordinator and the Applicant and Appellant by the end of day on Friday, February 14, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS the Applicant and Appellant shall serve its Witness Statements onto the Tribunal Case Coordinator and the City by the end of day on Wednesday, February 19, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS the City will serve and file any reply witness statements onto the Tribunal Case Coordinator and the Applicant and Appellant no later than 9 a.m. on the day of the hearing, Monday, February 24, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS the Parties will serve and file a final copy of their respective proposed version of the Zoning By-law Amendment to be considered by the Tribunal no later than 9 a.m. on the day of the hearing, Monday, February 24, 2025.
