Order
THIS MATTER having come on for a public hearing and the Tribunal having issued its Interim Decision and Order on December 20, 2024 (the “Decision”) which allowed the appeal in part, on an interim basis, contingent upon confirmation, satisfaction or receipt of those pre-requisite matters identified in paragraph 86, and the Draft Plan of Subdivision set out in Attachment A to the Decision;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having subsequently been notified by the Representative for Caivan (Richmond South) Limited (the “Applicant/Appellant”) that all pre-conditions for issuance of the Final Order have been met;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the Draft Plan of Subdivision is approved in accordance with Attachment 1 and the conditions for Draft Plan Approval is approved in accordance with Attachment 2 to this Order;
AND THE TRIBUNAL FURTHER ORDERS that pursuant to section 51(56.1) of the Planning Act, the final approval of the proposed Plan of Subdivision, as amended in accordance with this Order, for the purposes of section 51(58) of the Planning Act is to be given by the City of Ottawa;
