AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend some of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
Parties to exchange witness lists (paragraph 10) changed from June 2, 2025, to June 16, 2025;
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
