## Order
THESE MATTERS having initially come on for a public settlement hearing before the Tribunal on May 27, 2022;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued its Oral Decision on May 27, 2022 and its Written Decision and Order on June 2, 2022 which allowed the appeals of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments in part, and approved in principle a development proposal for the properties known municipally in the City of Toronto as 4050 Yonge Street;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued an Order amending Schedule A of the Zoning By-law Amendment, on March 20, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having been advised that the condition set out in Paragraph 2 of the March 20, 2025 Order has been fulfilled;
NOW THEREFORE THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that:
1. The appeal of the Zoning By-law Amendment application is granted, in part and the Zoning By-law Amendment attached as Attachment 1 hereto amending the City of Toronto Zoning By-law 569-2013 is approved.
THE TRIBUNAL may be spoken to in the event any matter arises in connection with the implementation of this Order.

Whereas the Ontario Land Tribunal pursuant to its Order issued on June 30, 2022 in respect of Tribunal File PL200441, upon hearing an appeal under [Section 34(11)](https://www.canlii.org/en/on/laws/stat/rso-1990-c-p13/latest/rso-1990-c-p13.html#sec34subsec11_smooth) of the [Planning Act](https://www.canlii.org/en/on/laws/stat/rso-1990-c-p13/latest/rso-1990-c-p13.html), R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended, approved Zoning By-law No. 788-2022 (OLT); and
