AND THE TRIBUNAL having been advised that the Claimant at the commencement of this proceeding was a registered corporation under the Business Corporations Act under the name Envirosystems Incorporated (“Envirosystems”), and having been further advised that on January 1, 2022, by Articles of Amalgamation, Envirosystems was amalgamated to become GFL Environmental Services Inc. (“GFL”).
AND THE TRIBUNAL having been further advised that the Parties consent to this proceeding being continued with GFL as the Claimant
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS THAT:
1. This proceeding shall be continued in the name of GFL Environmental Services Inc. as Claimant; and
2. This Vice Chair shall be seized in respect of the ongoing case management of this proceeding but not in respect of any mediations or of the final hearing.
