THIS MATTER having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Case Management Conference on February 7, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on March 13, 2025, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on June 24, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend some of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
Paragraph 10: deadline for the Statement of Agreed Facts and Issues: change from June 2, 2025 to June 9, 2025;
Paragraph 18: deadline for the joint document book: change from June 6, 2025 to June 12, 2025; and
Paragraph 21: deadline for the preliminary hearing plan: change from June 9, 2025 to June 13, 2025.
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.

The Conservation Review Board, the Environmental Review Tribunal, the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal and the Mining and Lands Tribunal are amalgamated and continued as the Ontario Land Tribunal (“Tribunal”). Any reference to the preceding tribunals or the former Ontario Municipal Board is deemed to be a reference to the Tribunal.
