UPON APPEAL filed by SIREG Holdings (North) Inc. regarding the City of North Bay’s (“City”) refusal of its draft plan of condominium for the property municipally known as 350 Oakwood Avenue in the City;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having previously held a first Case Management Conference (CMC) on February 26, 2025, which set a second CMC on May 6, 2025, held by videoconference;
AND THE TRIBUNAL being advised by the Parties that although they are nearing a settlement in principle, out of an abundance of caution they seek the scheduling of a three-day Merit Hearing in September or October 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL, being advised by the Parties that a Draft Procedural Order and Issues List will be submitted to the Tribunal imminently;
AND THE TRIBUNAL at the CMC having scheduled a three-day Merit Hearing to commence on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at 10 a.m. by videoconference;
