THESE MATTERS having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Case Management Conference on September 19, 2024;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on November 8, 2024, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on July 7, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend some of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
Parties must prepare and file a Statement of Agreed Facts and Issues (paragraph 10) changed from April 25, 2025, to May 16, 2025;
Parties shall provide copies of their witness and expert witness statements (paragraph 13) changed from May 2, 2025, to May 16, 2025;
Parties may provide a written response to any written evidence (paragraph 17) changed from May 12, 2025 to May 30, 2025;
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
