THIS MATTER having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Settlement Hearing on January 28, 2025, with the Interim Order being issued on April 8, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request pursuant to Rule 24.4 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, on consent of the Parties, to correct the following errors contained in the Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following items in the Interim Order are corrected:
Property address corrected from “38 Walmer Road” to “40 Walmer Road” [paragraph 1];
“Provincial Policy Statement” be corrected to “Provincial Planning Statement” [paragraph 4]; and
In all other respects the Interim Order remains the same.
