THIS MATTER having come before the Tribunal for a further Case Management Conference on April 28, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having previously scheduled the hearing to commence on June 9, 2025 for an estimated hearing length of 40 days but the parties now advising that the estimated hearing length can be reduced to 29 days;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a draft Hearing Plan and the parties having raised the issue of the mode of hearing;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS THAT:
The parties shall serve and file written submissions regarding their preferred mode of hearing (virtual, in person or a hybrid) on or before May 12, 2025.
A party seeking to limit or exclude written or oral evidence shall commence a written motion for that relief on or before May 12, 2025.
The hearing of this matter shall commence on June 9, 2025 but shall now end on July 18, 2025. Additional hearing days for oral argument will be scheduled by the Tribunal at a later date.
