UPON THIS CLAIM for compensation having been brought by Skyline Commercial Real Estate Holdings Inc. arising from the expropriation by the Ontario Ministry of Transportation of a portion of the lands municipally known as 303 Dunlop Street, in the City of Barrie;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having proceeded to conduct a Status Hearing on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 held by teleconference;
AND THE TRIBUNAL confirmed the Parties’ awareness of Tribunal-led mediation;
