THIS MATTER having come before the Tribunal for a Case Management Conference, and the Tribunal in its Decision issued July 11, 2024 and Procedural Order issued August 30, 2024
AND THE TRIBUNAL having amended the dates contained in the Procedural Order with an Order issued March 11, 2025, and a subsequent amending Order issued March 20, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a further request on consent of the Parties to amend the dates contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that paragraph 9 from the Procedural Order is amended as follows:
- If the Municipality intends to bring a scoping motion, the Municipality must file the Notice of Motion and Supporting Affidavit by no later than May 2, 2025. The Parties will not bring a motion challenging the validity of the appeal.
