THESE MATTERS regarding SLH Lakeshore Inc.’s appeals of its Applications for a Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Approval (“ZBA/SPA Appeals”), and an Official Plan Amendment (“OPA Appeal”);
AND THE TRIBUNAL having Ordered on March 19, 2025, that on consent of the Parties, these matters be consolidated, and the SPA Appeal be adjourned sine die;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request for Party Status in the OPA Appeal by PortsToronto on March 26, 2025 and having considered the submissions of SLH Lakeshore Inc. with respect thereto;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having been advised by the other Parties, namely, the City of Toronto, 115 Saulter South LP, and 1956565 Ontario Inc., that they take no position with respect to the request for Party Status from PortsToronto;
NOW THEREFORE
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS THAT:
PortsToronto is granted Party Status in the consolidated proceedings for the OPA and ZBA/SPA Appeals in accordance with Rules 8.2 and 16.2 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure;
The Parties shall prepare and finalize a revised draft Procedural Order for the Tribunal’s approval on or before April 17, 2025 and shall also advise by that same date whether all currently scheduled hearing days for the OPA and ZBA Appeals are still required.
