UPON APPEAL having brought by Urban Capital (Tippett) Inc. regarding applications for a Zoning By-law amendment and Official Plan Amendment, brought under sections 22(7) and 34(11) of the Planning Act respectively, to facilitate redevelopment of 2 Tippett Road in the City of Toronto with a 33-storey residential building containing 417 residential dwelling units;
AND THE TRIBUNAL marked as Exhibit 1 the Affidavit of Service attesting to proper Notice having been given for this Case Management Conference (“CMC”) proceeded to conduct a CMC on March 26, 2025, held by videoconference;
AND THE TRIBUNAL confirmed that no one attended the CMC seeking either Party or Participant status;
AND THE TRIBUNAL confirmed the Parties’ awareness of Tribunal-led mediation;
AND THE TRIBUNAL at the CMC having scheduled a second CMC for the purpose of confirming the contents of a Procedural Order to govern the conduct of this proceeding, to commence on Thursday, May 15, 2025, by videoconference at 10 a.m.;
