THIS MATTER having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Case Management Conference on January 13, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on February 19, 2025, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on July 7, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend some of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
Last day to provide revised proposal changed (page 6) from April 4, 2025, to April 14, 2025;
Deadline for Expert Witness Meeting (paragraph 11 and page 4) changed from April 8, 2025, to April 16, 2025;
Deadline for Agreed Statement of Facts (paragraph 11 and page 4) changed from April 15, 2025, to April 23, 2025;
Parties to exchange Witness Statements and Expert Witness Statements (paragraph 14 and page 4) changed from May 9, 2025, to May 16, 2025;
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
