THESE MATTERS having come on for a written hearing, and the Tribunal in its Interim Order issued on February 3, 2025, having withheld its Final Order pending confirmation that the pre-requisite matters, the final forms of the Draft Official Plan Amendment and the Draft Zoning By-law Amendment are to the satisfaction of the Applicant and the City of London, and the Tribunal having been advised that the pre-requisite matters have been cleared to the satisfaction of the City of London;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the appeal is allowed, and the Official Plan for the City of London is amended as set out in Attachment “1” to this Order;
AND THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the appeal is allowed and Zoning By-law Z-1 is amended as set out in Attachment “2” to this Order. The Tribunal authorizes the municipal clerk of the City of London to assign a number to this by-law for record keeping purposes.
