THIS MATTER having come on for a written Motion before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) commenced by Metrolinx seeking certain orders arising from its examination for discovery of a representative of Osmington (Union Station) Inc.;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having been advised on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, that Metrolinx’ motion has been resolved on terms agreed to between the parties;
NOW THEREFORE THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that:
The motion brought by Metrolinx has been withdrawn on consent;
There shall be no Order made as to costs;
This Vice Chair will be seized of all matters concerning the case management of this matter and any further motions brought before the hearing of this proceeding.
