THESE MATTERS having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Case Management Conference on July 24, 2024;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on November 29, 2024, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on May 26, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request on March 17, 2025, on consent of the Parties, to delay the hearing start date to May 29, 2025 for a total of 7 days and the Tribunal having granted this request;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having requested the Parties if there are further changes required to the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that on consent of the Parties, the following items from the Procedural Order are amended:
- Parties to exchange witness statements (paragraph 15) changed from March 28th, 2025 to April 2nd, 2025;
- The Vaughanwood Ratepayers Association (Attachment 1) status has changed from Party to Participant;
- The hearing start date has changed from May 26, 2025 to May 29, 2025 for a total of 7 days; and
- In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
