4In accordance with subsection 17(30) of the Planning Act, the Tribunal will notify the clerk of the Municipality that made the Decision that OPA 663 is in force and effect as of the day the last outstanding appeal has been withdrawn.

5The Parties advised the Tribunal that each Appellant were planning on filing applications for their respective lands. The Parties, therefore, requested an adjournment sine die (without the scheduling of a future hearing event at this time) and undertook to provide a status update within six months.
