THIS MATTER having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the "Tribunal") for a Case Management Conference on December 6th, 2024;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on December 13th, 2024, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on June 2nd, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
Deadline for Meeting of Like Experts (paragraph 10) changed from February 28, 2025, to March 31, 2025;
Deadline to file Statement of Agreed Facts and Issues (paragraph 10) changed from March 14, 2025, to April 4, 2025;
Parties to exchange their Witness and Expert Witness Statements (paragraph 14) and Participants to provide their Participant Statements (paragraph 12) changed from March 28, 2025 to April 18, 2025;
Parties to exchange their Reply Witness Statements (paragraph 15) changed from May 2, 2025 to May 9, 2025.
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.

The Conservation Review Board, the Environmental Review Tribunal, the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal and the Mining and Lands Tribunal are amalgamated and continued as the Ontario Land Tribunal ("Tribunal"). Any reference to the preceding tribunals or the former Ontario Municipal Board is deemed to be a reference to the Tribunal.
