INTRODUCTION
1This Decision and Order arises from the second Case Management Conference (“CMC”) held regarding appeals filed by 2856973 Ontario Inc. (“Appellant”) pursuant to subsection 22(7) and 34(19) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended (“Act”), concerning the adoption of Official Plan Amendment No. 727 (“OPA 727”) and Zoning By-Law No. 608-2024 (“ZBL 608”) by the City of Toronto (“City”).
