THIS MATTER having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Case Management Conference on November 21, 2024;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on December 9, 2024, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on April 28, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend some of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
Parties to exchange witness statements and expert witness statements (paragraph 14) changed from March 14, 2025, to March 28, 2025;
Parties to exchange reply witness statements (paragraph 16) changed from March 28, 2025, to April 11, 2025;
Parties to exchange visual evidence (paragraph 17) changed from April 4, 2025, to April 17, 2025;
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
