THESE MATTERS having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Case Management Conference on July 18, 2024;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on January 31, 2025, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on April 7th, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend some of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
Parties to exchange witness statements and expert witness statements (paragraph 15) changed from February 14th, 2025 to February 19th, 2025;
Parties to exchange reply witness statements and expert witness statements (paragraph 17) changed from March 7th, 2025 to March 11, 2025 (for the Stanley Site Specific Appeals and March 14, 2025 for the Cytec/McLeod/OPA147 Appeals);
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
