UPON APPEAL filed by SIREG Holdings (North) Inc. regarding the City of North Bay’s (“City”) refusal of its draft plan of condominium for the property municipally known as 350 Oakwood Avenue in the City;
AND THE TRIBUNAL marked as Exhibit 1 the Affidavit of Service attesting to proper Notice having been given for this Case Management Conference (“CMC”) proceeded to conduct a CMC on February 26, 2025, held by videoconference;
AND THE TRIBUNAL, having received no requests for Party or Participant status;
AND THE TRIBUNAL, being advised of the Parties’ request that Parties be fixed in this matter;
AND THE TRIBUNAL being advised by the Parties that settlement discussions are ongoing, and that they seek a second CMC instead of the scheduling of the Merit Hearing;
AND THE TRIBUNAL at the CMC having scheduled a second CMC to commence on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at 10 a.m. by videoconference;

THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS THAT:

The Parties will provide a draft procedural order and issues list before the second CMC, unless they seek the conversion of the second CMC to a settlement hearing; and
No further notice will be provided.
