THESE MATTERS having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Case Management Conference on October 23, 2024;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on November 8, 2024, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on March 24, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend some of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
Parties shall provide copies of their visual evidence (paragraph 17) changed from March 10, 2025 to March 14, 2025;
Parties may provide to all other parties and the OLT case co-ordinator a written response to any written evidence (paragraph 18) changed from February 27, 2025 to March 14, 2025;
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
