THIS MATTER having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the "Tribunal") for a Case Management Conference on October 22, 2024 and continued December 2, 2024;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on December 31, 2024, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on March 4, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend one of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
Parties to provide Joint Case Document Book to the Tribunal (paragraph 17) changed from February 21, 2025, to February 24, 2025.
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
