THESE MATTERS having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Case Management Conference on September 15, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on October 23, 2025, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on June 8, 2026;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend some of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
Last date to provide copies of revised proposal, including all revised plans and drawings (if any) changed from January 9, 2026 to January 30, 2026.
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
