UPON APPEALS having been brought by Cavallino Estates Inc. c/o Trinison Management Corp and Trinity Fields Inc. c/o Trinison Management Corp, pursuant to s.17(36) of the Planning Act, regarding the decision of the Town of Caledon to adopt Official Plan Amendment No. 285 and establish the Wildfield Village Secondary Plan and to apply land use designations and policies for these lands;
AND THE TRIBUNAL marked as Exhibit 1 the Affidavit of Service attesting to proper Notice having been given for this Case Management Conference (“CMC”) proceeded to conduct a CMC on Monday, December 1, 2025, held by video conference;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having, received Party status requests from Global Properties Inc., Global Properties (1) Inc., and Global Properties (2) Inc. and have considered their submissions, granted them Party status;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having, received a request for Participant status from the Peel District School Board, and having considered its submission, granted it Participant status;
AND THE TRIBUNAL informed the Parties of Tribunal-led mediation;
AND THE TRIBUNAL at the CMC has scheduled a second CMC on Friday, March 6, 2026, at 10 a.m. by videoconference (although this date may be adjourned depending on the status of another related appeal that is pending);
