THIS MATTER having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) and the Tribunal having issued the Procedural Order on March 19, 2025, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on February 2, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend some of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
Parties to file the Agreed Statement of Facts and Issues (paragraph 12) changed from December 1, 2025, to December 18, 2025;
Parties to exchange witness statements and expert witness statements (paragraph 15) changed from December 5, 2025, to December 23, 2025;
Parties to exchange reply witness statements and expert witness statements (paragraph 19) changed from December 19, 2025, to January 5, 2026; and
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
