THESE MATTERS having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Case Management Conference on August 26, 2025;

AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order (“Order”) on September 16, 2025, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on January 19, 2026;

AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend some of the procedural timelines contained in the Order;

THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Order are amended:

• Exchange of expert reports/expert witness statements/witness statements, evidence outlines for witnesses under summons from November 26, 2025 to December 5, 2025;
• Exchange of Responding Witness Statements from December 17, 2025 to December 19, 2025;
• In all other respects, the Order remains the same.
