AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend some of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;

Parties to exchange witness lists (paragraph 9) changed from December 1, 2025, to December 10, 2025;
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
