THESE MATTERS having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Case Management Conference on July 24, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on October 6, 2025, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on March 3, 2025 for 9 days;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend some of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
Parties required to prepare and file a Statement of Agreed Facts and Issues (paragraph 12) changed from November 24, 2025 to December 5, 2025;
The Statement of Agreed Facts and Issues from the Hydrogeological experts changed from November 24, 2025 to December 12, 2025;
In all other respects the Procedural Order remains the same.
