THIS MATTER having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the “Tribunal”) for a Case Management Conference on June 23, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued the Procedural Order on July 9, 2025, for the purpose of governing the required procedures leading up to the hearing commencing on January 19, 2026;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request, on consent of the Parties, to amend some of the procedural timelines contained in the Procedural Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following dates from the Procedural Order are amended:
Parties must prepare and file a Statement of Agreed Facts and Issues with the OLT case coordinator (paragraph 12), changed from November 21, 2025, to December 29, 2025.
Parties to exchange witness statements and expert witness statements (paragraph 15) changed from December 5, 2025, to December 22, 2025
Parties to exchange reply witness statements and expert witness statements (paragraph 17) changed from December 19, 2025, to December 29, 2025
In all other respects, the Procedural Order remains the same.
