THIS MATTER having come before the Ontario Land Tribunal (the "Tribunal") for a Case Management Conference on September 9, 2025;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued a Decision on September 12, 2025, extending multiple deadlines within Director's Order No. 1-8468-13365 dated December 3, 2024;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a joint request of the Parties, to extend the deadlines in Item 6 and 7 of the Director's Order;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the following deadlines are extended as set out in the Tribunal's Decision and the Director's Order respectively:
The November 14, 2025, deadline for Item No. 6 has been extended to December 16, 2025;
The November 17, 2025, deadline for Item No. 7 has been extended to December 17, 2025;
Except where set out in this or previous decisions of the Tribunal, all other aspects of the Director's Order remain the same.
